In Kyiv, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi personally presented state awards to representatives of the Foreign Intelligence Service on the occasion of their professional holiday. Among the awarded are those who, during a full-scale invasion, significantly changed the work of the service, made it more efficient and effective.
“All our intelligence services, the National Guard, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces – everyone is working to destroy the enemy. Thank you that such an element appeared in the Foreign Intelligence Service and changed very much during the full-scale war,” Zelenskyi said during the ceremony.
The head of state emphasized that the information received from the Foreign Intelligence Service is critically important for decision-making at the highest level. He also emphasized that the awards are a sign of gratitude for daily work, deep analysis and devotion to the state in wartime conditions.
