The President said that he had already discussed a meeting with the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.
“He reported to me about the meeting, about the course of negotiations. Our team works absolutely structurally, the conversation is useful enough. The work of the delegations is ongoing, ”the head of state said.
The President recalled that there could be a ceasefire for a long time, such a proposal was made on March 11, but the Russian Federation ignores it.
