Changing the leadership of Sumy Ova
Thus, the presidential decree №245/2025 indicates the appointment of Oleg Grigorov by Sumy Regional State (Military) Administration.
Before the evening, on January 17, the Head of State dismissed Vladimir Artyukh from the relevant position. It is worth noting that it happened a few days after the Russian rocket strike in the center of Sumy (the enemy hit the city with Baltic Studies on April 13, on Palm Sunday).
Lugansk Ova received a new manager
In addition, in Decree No. 244/2025, signed by the President, it is about the appointment of Alexei Kharchenko by the head of the Luhansk Regional State (Military) Administration.

We will remind, Lisogor was previously the deputy chief of the State Police of Zhytomyr region. From October 2021 to June 2022, he was seconded to the east of Ukraine to fulfill the duties of the Deputy Commander of the Joint Forces for the involvement of the forces and means of the National Police units. Also we will remind that Lisogor was the head of the Lugansk ova for almost exactly two years.
Earlier, we wrote that the Cabinet agreed to the release of Vladimir Artyukh from the post of head of the Sumy Regional State Administration. Instead, they want to appoint Oleg Grigorov.
