Ruslan Kravchenko was born in 1990 in Luhansk region. According to open sources, he graduated from the Ivan Bohun Kiev Military Lyceum and Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy with a degree in Law, and received the title of Justice Lieutenant. Married.
He participated in the ATO in the performance of his duties as a prosecutor of the 33rd Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Southern Region of Ukraine (Debaltseve, Bakhmut). Has the status of a combatant, in 2020 he was dismissed from military service.
From 2015 to 2019 he worked at the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine. Subsequently, he worked as a deputy military prosecutor of the Central Region of Ukraine.
Kravchenko also worked as the head of the department of procedural management in criminal proceedings on crimes in the field of the defense-industrial complex of the specialized prosecutor’s office in the military and defense sphere of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
In 2021 he headed the Buchan district prosecutor’s office of the Kiev region. He remained in this position until 2023, in which he had already been taught in the competition for the post of chairman of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). In April 2023 he was appointed chairman of the Kiev OVA, and on December 30, 2024 he was appointed head of the State Tax Service.
