President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can become the basis of the united forces of Europe, emphasizing the high level of combat experience and the number of the Ukrainian army, which is currently one of the most prepared in the region.
In his statement, Zelensky noted that legal and financial steps are needed to implement these plans, but at this stage the emphasis is on frontline needs.
