He announced this in his evening address.
“We are preparing meetings in the United States of America. After the return of the American team from Moscow and the corresponding consultations in Washington, Rustem Umyerov, Andriy Hnatov and all those who are needed for the negotiations will continue the conversation with the representatives of President Trump. We are waiting for news in the coming days regarding such meetings, contacts, negotiations – personal meetings or phone conversations – there is constant contact between all partners and between partners and Ukraine,” the message reads.
The Ukrainian negotiating team was invited to visit the United States after the special representative of the American leader Steve Witkoff met with the Russian dictator Putin.
