“The complete plan of internal stability for our state with all the annexes will be presented and handed over in December of this year,” Zelenskyy said.
He noted that all ten points of the domestic stability plan, together with the appendices to each point, will actually become the first Ukrainian doctrine, which should lead Ukraine from war to peace.
We will remind that on the 1000th day of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Zelenskyi presented the “Stability Plan – from war to peace” in the Verkhovna Rada, which is devoted to further steps to achieve victory for Ukraine.
