According to Zelenskyi, the Russian Federation currently very much wants Ukrainian troops to leave the Kursk region. For this purpose, Russia has concentrated about 45,000 of its troops there and will continue to increase their number.
“They don’t have enough troops there, they’re also dragging North Korean troops there… We don’t need their territory, we’re not going to live there, seize their territories,” the president said.
Zelensky noted that Ukraine is not interested in Russian territories, but is interested in the return of its own.
