As the first steps to peace, Ukraine considers the exchange of prisoners, the return of held civilian and stolen children. The neutral status or reduction of the Armed Forces will not be discussed at all.

Presidential head Andriy Yermak told about it at a meeting with civil society representatives.

“Ukraine supported the US proposal for an unconditional 30-day ceasefire. As one of the first steps to peace, we offered the exchange of prisoners of war, the release of civilians and the return of deported children, ”Yermak said.

He emphasized separately on Ukrainian “red lines”. Ukraine does not discuss the neutral status and reduction of its armed forces, never recognizes any temporarily occupied territories in Russian.

Earlier it was reported that in negotiations on a possible peace agreement, Ukraine has “red lines”, including the impossibility of transferring Russian and civilians, and international security guarantees. This was made known to US representatives in Jedda talks.
