Kovalenko emphasizes that these statements are only information attempts to test the position that is beneficial to Russia, as it can totrate any theses without real agreements. In particular, he notes that Russia is trying to issue its narratives for agreed plans, but it is a manipulation.
He also emphasizes that Ukraine, Europe and the United States have repeatedly denied information that negotiations could be conducted exclusively with Washington. The dialogue continues, and there will be no agreements without Ukraine’s participation.
