In Ukraine, general mobilization is ongoing, but some categories of citizens are entitled to booking. It provides for temporary dismissal from military service for certain employees.
Who is eligible for reservation
Workers who are critical for the functioning of the state are primarily the right to booking. These include:

employees of defense enterprises;
-
prosecutors and law enforcement officials, including police officers and SES employees;
-
employees of enterprises working with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
-
Employees of enterprises with critical importance to the country’s economy.
The decision to book a particular employee is made by the employer.
A list of professions that are eligible for reservation
There is no “list of professions” in Ukraine that automatically give the right to booking from mobilization. Booking is not provided by the position, but depends on the importance of the enterprise, institution or organization where the military is working.
However, there are categories of workers who have a priority right to booking because of their critical importance for the functioning of the state and its defense. These include:

Civil servants: employees of public authorities, courts, prosecutors

Law enforcement agencies and rescue services: police, employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).

Defense-industrial workers: those who produce weapons, military equipment and ammunition.

Critical infrastructure workers:

Energy: those who provide uninterrupted operation of the power system.

Transporters: employees who provide logistics and transportation, especially for the needs of the army.
-
Public utilities: employees who ensure the life of settlements.
-
Doctors: employees providing medical care.
-
Agro -industrial complex: employees responsible for food safety.
-
Employees of enterprises performing mobilization tasks for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
-
IT workers: specialists who develop and support critical information systems.
-
Employees of diplomatic institutions, as well as some humanitarian organizations.
How to check the reservation from mobilization
There are three ways to check the booking status:
1 in the personnel department at your enterprise;
2 in the Reserve+Appendix;
3 at the Territorial Center for Acquisition and Social Support (TCC).
What to do if the summons came and the armor is already decorated
If you receive a summons but you have a reservation, be sure to appear to the shopping center with documents confirming your reservation. According to the lawyers, it will help to cancel the summons.
Important: The passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK) is not a prerequisite for armor, although some businesses may require its passage.
If you are already wanted because you have not appeared in the CCC, it will not be possible to issue a reservation through the “action”. First, you need to remove the status of “in search” by appearing to the shopping center and paying a fine (if there are grounds). After updating the data in the Oberig and Reserve+Reserve for 72 hours, the reservation can be decorated.
In the event that the booked person has already been sent to the training center, the only way to challenge the CCC is to appeal to court. Appeal is possible if the reservation has been issued to receive the mobilization order.
