The Ministry of Defense clearly explained the exceptions to avoid corruption risks on the defense front.
Key figures in the defense sector cannot relax even during war. Ministers and their deputies are obliged to submit declarations without delay.
The same applies to military personnel of the Ministry of Defense apparatus, including those deployed abroad or on the front lines.
Doctors and suppliers are also under the crosshairs of anti-corruption regulations. Members of the military medical and medical aviation commissions must declare their income, despite the business trip.
Military territorial centers of staffing and social support are no exception — with the exception of the rank-and-file members of security units of the TCC.
