Local rains are predicted only in a few regions – Kharkiv, Luhansk, Cherkasy, Rivne regions, as well as in the evening in Kyiv region. At the same time, most of the territory is expected to be cloudy with fog, but without significant precipitation.
The temperature regime will be different depending on the region. The warmest will be in the south and west of the country, where the daytime temperature will reach from 12 to 16 degrees Celsius.
Rivne region will be distinguished by cooler weather – the thermometers there will not rise above 8-11 degrees.
In the rest of the territory, +7-12 degrees is expected during the day, and at night the temperature will drop to 1-8 degrees Celsius, while frosts are possible where the sky will be clear. In the capital, the air will warm up to approximately +9 degrees, precipitation is not expected.
However, at the end of the week, on Friday and Saturday (October 24-25), an atmospheric front will pass through Ukraine from west to east. This will lead to a complication of weather conditions: rains, increased wind and fluctuations in atmospheric pressure are expected.

Also, the average monthly temperature in October in Ukraine will exceed the usual values by one degree — from +7°C to +13°C.
