- in the west up to +10 … +16 degrees;
- in the north to +12 … +18 degrees;

In the first half of the decade, the receipt of air masses from the south led extremely warm weather with the approaching air temperature in the daytime, reached, in places and exceeded the absolute (highest) value for the third decade of April over the long period.
According to the climatic norm, such temperatures were characteristic of the first half of June. Starting on April 26, as a result of the invasion of cold Arctic air into the territory of Ukraine, there was a sharp cooling with severe prolonged frosts throughout the country.
