Rain is also possible in the west and southwest of the country, in particular in Zhytomyr, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, and Vinnytsia regions. In some regions, in particular in the Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kirovohrad regions, ice is forecast during the day, which may complicate road conditions.
Temperatures will range from 3 to 8 degrees Celsius, with overnight temperatures in the east and northeast between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius. In Kyiv, the temperature is expected to be between 6-8 degrees below zero at night and during the day. The weather in this period is determined by the arctic air covering Ukraine from the peak of cold in early February.
