On January 19, changeable cloudiness is observed in Ukraine without significant precipitation, only a little snow is expected in Crimea.

It is reported “Ukrhydrometeorological center”.

In the western and northern regions and the Vinnytsia region, fog is possible at night and in the morning, and ice will remain on the roads. The wind of variable directions will blow at a speed of 3-8 m/s. The air temperature at night will range from -15 to -20°C, during the day it will be -8 to -13°C.

Similar weather is predicted for the Kyiv region, where there may be fog again at night, as well as ice on the roads. As a result of the influence of the Siberian anticyclone, a cooling peak is expected with nighttime temperatures down to -25°C in some places. Despite the small amount of precipitation, it can create dangerous conditions for drivers and pedestrians.

Forecasters warn of a gradual weakening of the frost, but in general the weather conditions will remain severe. Since the snowfall and blizzards that will cover part of the territory of Ukraine will be accompanied by a significant drop in temperature, it is important to be careful when moving.
