Why did you decide to engage Mike Pompeo in consulting, for your company Fire Point?
– We need people. We as a company are growing very fast, and in 2022 it was six people, at the beginning of 2023 it was eight people, now it is already 2,500 people. We implement the most advanced practices, both in terms of company management, as well as company representation practices. It is very important for us to have a person with a lot of life experience, who will protect us from some mistakes, who will advise us.

Also, such a name opens very quickly the doors that we used to open for months or sometimes for half a year. Therefore, we hope that Mike Pompeo will greatly accelerate our development with his authority and experience.
— Can you consider participation in the management of Mike Pompeo’s company as a kind of protection from the Americans?
— I don’t know, if Mike Pompeo agrees and somehow it will be interesting to him, then of course. But we are developing very quickly and we have not yet become an enterprise. We have now codified the F-5 this year. This year we hope to codify the next F-7 ballistic missile, the next F-9. Therefore, we are developing very quickly and we need people who are ready to help us and only accelerate our movement. And this is how managerial processes became, when the company already became something – it’s not about us yet.
— Is Mike Pompeo involved on a paid basis? Will he be getting paid at Fire Point?
