The prosecutor insisted that the previous decision was illegal. Instead, the defense noted that since July 17, 2025, Chernyshov was retired, so there is no reason to remove it.

Last week, NABU reported the suspicion of five persons in the case of corruption equipment in the construction sphere with the participation of top officials of the state.
In particular, suspicion of abuse of office, receiving and providing illegal benefits in a particularly large amount of the board of Naftogaz of Ukraine Vasyl Volodin, director of commercial issues of JSC “Ukrgasvydobuvannya” Maxim Gorbatyuk, former director of the state -owned enterprise “Kopykiv.”
On June 13, Bax arrested Gorbatyuk with the possibility of making UAH 25 million, on June 17, the court arrested Volodin with an alternative in the form of a pledge of UAH 20 million, and on June 20, a preventive measure in the form of arrest with an alternative to making 100 million pledge was received by a copistra developer.
At the time of the crime, Volodin was the Secretary of State of the Minsktokh, and Gorbatiuk – an adviser to the head of the ministry Alexei Chernyshov, who subsequently headed Naftogaz, where his associates and his associates went to work. Chernyshov is now headed by the Ministry of National Unity.
According to the investigation, the developer developed a scheme of illegal obtaining of a land plot in Kiev for the construction of a residential complex. To do this, he addressed the tops of the Ministry of Regional Development, who created the conditions for the transfer of land to the control of the state -owned enterprise. It was illegal to conclude investment contracts with the “required” construction company. At the same time, the land and the existing building were estimated almost five times cheaper, and the difference between such valuation and market value exceeded UAH 1 billion.
On June 23, Alexey Chernyshov NABU declared suspicion. He is charged with abuse of office and receiving undue benefits. According to the investigation, he, along with other high -ranking officials, organized a scheme for the transfer of the land plot to the capital at a low price, which could lead to more than one billion hryvnias.
Within the framework of this equipment, the developer, according to the investigation, “rewarded” the minister and his identified persons with significant discounts on apartments in new buildings. The cost of a square meter for them was from 1 to 8 thousand hryvnias, although the market price of such apartments – not less than 30 thousand hryvnias per square. Thus, Chernyshov received an undue benefit of more than UAH 14.5 million. Most apartments obtained under this scheme have already been arrested.
Earlier, Viceremier -Minister – Minister of National Unity Alexey Chernyshov filed a request for postponing a meeting of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court, appointed on June 25, because he has more important cases.
The WACS Appeal Chamber of Appeal left unchanged a measure of restraint for the exVicementremier Alexei Chernyshov in the form of a collateral in the amount of UAH 120 million.
