According to journalistic investigations, in 2025 Verbytskyi’s nephew and the family of the head of the Batkivshchyna city branch, Dmytro Zheman, jointly owned Baltic Auto Shipping Ukraine LLC. The company works in the field of transportation and spare parts trade, and its director was previously involved in money laundering schemes related to Verbytskyi.
Special attention of the investigators is attracted by the activities of the Raido Terminal company, which operates in the Pivdenny state port. With only two employees, the company showed a turnover of hundreds of millions of hryvnias. According to the media, funds could be accumulated through this structure, which were later used for political needs.
Against this background, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption previously established that Dmytro Verbytskyi acquired unsubstantiated assets in the amount of UAH 28.9 million. At the same time, active procedural actions in this case by NABU have not yet been recorded.
