The higher anti-corruption court chose a preventive measure for the fourth suspect in the case of corruption in the state company “Energoatom”. He was taken into custody for 60 days with the possibility of paying a bail of UAH 95 million.

In the case of bail, the suspect must wear an electronic bracelet, hand in passports for traveling abroad, not leave Kyiv and the region without the permission of the investigator, and refrain from contact with other persons involved in the case.
According to Suspilny, it is about Ihor Fursenko, the so-called “back-office accountant” from the money laundering scheme, who appears under a nickname in the audio recordings made public by NABU.
