“According to the results of the review, the panel of judges of the AP VAX dismissed the appeals of the defense and prosecution parties without satisfaction, and the decision of the investigating judge of the VAX remained unchanged. The decision entered into force from the moment of its announcement and is not subject to appeal in the cassation procedure,” the message said.
Currently, the bail has not been paid, so Fursenko remains in custody, and a number of procedural duties have been assigned to him.
