VAKS extended the preventive measure against the ex-head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK Tetyana Krupa

On Wednesday, October 29, the Higher Anti-Corruption Court (HCC) extended the term of procedural duties to the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK) Tetyana Krupa. This is stated in the statement of VAX. The investigating judge of the Anti-Kors Court extended the following obligations to Krupa: Do not leave the borders of Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court. On Wednesday, October 29, the Higher Anti-Corruption Court (HCC) extended the term of procedural duties to the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK) Tetyana Krupa.

This is stated in the statement of VAX.

The investigative judge of the Anticors Court extended the following duties to Krupa:

  • Do not leave the borders of Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court.
  • Notify the investigator, prosecutor or court about a change of residence.
  • Submit to the authorized body a passport for traveling abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, except for the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
  • The decision enters into force from the moment of its announcement. This is stated in the statement of VAX, informs Censor.NET.

    We will remind, the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK Krupa made a 20 million UAH deposit.

    The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office completed the pre-trial investigation in the case of the former head of Khmelnytskyi MSEK, regional council deputy Tetyana Krupa, as well as her husband and son.
