The man was found guilty of Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sentence came into force.
In addition to imprisonment, he is also deprived of the right to hold positions in state authorities and local self-government, as well as positions related to the implementation of organizational, administrative or administrative and economic functions for a term of 15 years.
According to the investigation, in June 2022 he voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the occupying authorities and occupied the position of “VO Glavnaya St.ucha” in the illegally created institution “GBU” terrictorial medicine unification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “” in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.
He registered the institution with the pseudo -registration authorities of the occupation administration and organized its work. The man also urged the citizens of Ukraine to be employed in the “institution” and promised subordinates to receiving military ranks of the aggressor state.
