Yes, you can now share tickets between accounts. To do this, you should create a profile of the passenger for whom the ticket is purchased, specifying his name and phone number (to which the account is registered).
“The purchased ticket will automatically appear in the passenger’s account, and hugs for the trip will be credited to him. Important: check whether the data you entered match the information in the passenger’s account – the system automatically checks the correspondence,” the company explains.
The next update is more personalization. The user can specify his gender and date of birth. Thus, “Ukrzaliznytsia” wants to personalize greetings on special and festive days in the future.
There will also be “hugs” for children’s tickets. That is, parents traveling with children will receive “hugs” for each purchased child ticket.
UZ implemented convenient navigation in the “Iron Friends” loyalty program. “Ukrzaliznytsia” explains that the implemented categories will facilitate the search for offers, and among them are both traditional and special selections:
- to children;
- leisure;
- health;
- business of veterans – offers from defenders and veterans who are developing their own business;
- made in Ukraine – brands that produce products and operate within the country.
Previously, “Ukrzaliznytsia” had appointed several additional trains for destinations popular among travelers.
