“Almost 18 million citizens have already submitted applications for winter support – tomorrow we can reach this number,” Zelenskyy said. He emphasized that the application must be submitted by December 24, and the received funds can be used until June 2026.

The President emphasized the effectiveness of such programs: “We see that such forms of support really work – direct support, and not only in our country. America, Europe, other parts of the world are forming their direct support programs in one way or another. New ones are planned for next year.”
