The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to add a new function to the Reserve+ mobile application. Thanks to this function, citizens will be able to pay fines for violations of military accounting rules online.
According to Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, currently fines for violation of military records in Ukraine range from 17,000 to 25,000 hryvnias, but it is not yet possible to pay them in electronic format. It is planned to introduce the possibility of paying fines in Reserve+, so that citizens do not have to go to the TCC and receive a receipt.
Additionally, Chernogorenko said that the Ministry of Defense has a technical understanding of how to implement this function, and if the bill is approved by the deputies by the end of the year, the innovation should be available at the beginning of next year.
The bill also provides that if a person voluntarily pays a fine and receives a receipt, he will be given a 50% discount, similar to fines for traffic violations.
We previously wrote that the online recruiting function may soon appear in the “Reserve+” application. The Ministry of Defense plans to launch it in the fall of 2024.
We will also remind you that the Ministry of Defense discovered three fake Rezerv+ web applications that were in the development stage. The attackers did not have time to start sending.
