Ukrainians abroad can now apply for notarial services in electronic form through all 120 foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine.

Citizens can submit an online notarial act, download samples of power of attorney and notarial applications, as well as all the necessary documents at a convenient time.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, most procedures can be performed without a first visit to the diploma.

Also, foreign minister Andriy Sibiga announced a significant simplification of access to consular services for Ukrainians abroad in 2025.
