The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has decided to expand the State Register of Sanctions and add new categories of objects to it.
The relevant decree of the President of Ukraine No. 600/2025 was published on the website of the Head of State.
Changes are adopted on the basis of a new law that allows sanctions directly to ships and aircraft.
The State Register of Sanctions, which previously contained information only about individuals and legal entities, will now be supplemented with information about:

Ships: Name of the vessel, the identification number

Aircraft: Type/Model, Registration Number, State Sign, Owner Name
Changes also provide for the blocking of assets of persons, ships and aircraft to which the relevant sanctions have been applied.
The extension of the Register will allow Ukraine to apply and monitor sanctions imposed against aggression -related objects more effectively. This allows you to identify and block assets that can be used to bypass existing restrictions, indicated in the document.
