For the first time in NATO NATO, the NATO, the NATO, the NATO, coordinating, coordination and management of the OpFOR (OPFOR) forces during the Large-Scale Naval Secondary Naval Exercises/Dynamic Messenger 25 in Portugal, was first in the history of NATO.
PpThe Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports it.
The involvement of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces in the management of the OPFOR forces was supported by the Joint NATO NATO Command and the NATO-Ukraine Joint Center for Analysis, Education and Education (Jatec). The purpose was to test the capabilities of two dozen member countries of the Alliance in the conditions of modern Marine War.
The operating staff of the Navy organized joint work on planning and managing the forces of the conditional enemy from Ukraine and partner countries.
Brigade General Wojciech Ozga, commander of Jatec, emphasized the meaning of this event:
“In the head of the enemy team, Ukraine has become not only a participant, but also the driving force of innovation, which directly strengthens NATO marine stability and forms the future of collective security.”
This year’s exercises combined Repmus (Dynamic Messenger (Dyms) (NATO) and took into account the current trends of the Marine War, in particular::
-
Use of unmanned systems for coordinated shocks and rapid response to threats.
-
Integration of unmanned platforms into Delta combat system used by the Armed Forces.
-
Testing the new Stanag NATO 4817 Stanag NATO standard to check the mutual electronic battle systems (HRS).
Colonel Valery Vyshnivsky (Jatec) stressed that Ukraine’s participation is a unique opportunity to “demonstrate key trends of modern Marine War” and “add the realism of modern battle to NATO’s exercises”.
Repmus/DYMS-2025 involved the forces and means of 26 partner countries, as well as representatives of profile team centers and NATO research institutions.
The Ukrainian Delta Ukrainian Combat System has become the main management platform for the United States Participation Team at NATO RPMUS 2025, coordinating more than 100 marine, underwater, land and airless drones.
Ukraine has become a leading expert in the War of drones and now shares its experience with NATO allies, teaching them to effectively counteract Russian drones.
