Ukrainian Forces Target Russian Military Assets in Occupied Territories

Ukrainian defense forces have conducted strikes on several key military installations belonging to Russian troops in temporarily occupied regions, impacting equipment, communication systems, and logistical infrastructure.

On February 12, military sources reported that a transport and landing craft, designated BK-16, was struck near the settlement of Novoozerny in the occupied territory of Crimea.

On the same day, a Russian RSP-10 radar station was targeted in the vicinity of Hvardiyske.

The BK-16 is a fast transport and landing craft designed for the deployment of naval infantry and the execution of special operations. Developed by the Kalashnikov Concern, the vessel can carry up to 19 troops alongside its crew.

Equipped with machine gun mounts, grenade launchers, and other light weaponry, the BK-16 is capable of providing cover for troop landings and operating in combat conditions at sea and in coastal areas. Its maximum speed exceeds 40 knots (over 70 km/h).

Additionally, on February 12, Ukrainian forces targeted a communication node used by Russian troops in the area of Prymorsk, located in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region.

On February 13, a munitions depot belonging to the occupying forces was struck near Novoekonomichne in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region.

As of now, the extent of the enemy’s losses and the overall damage incurred are being assessed.

Ukrainian forces have successfully targeted multiple Russian military assets in occupied territories, including a transport craft and a radar station. The ongoing assessment of damage and enemy losses continues.
