Ukrainian drones are capable of inflicting damage on targets located at a distance of up to two thousand kilometers. And various explosions on the territory of the Russian Federation occur at military facilities and are connected with the “defense” of the aggressor country.

Andriy Yusov, representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with “Novyny.LIVE”.

In response to the host’s question about the personnel in the network about drones in the Murmansk region, where the “Olenya” airfield is located, and about UAV attacks on other strategic military airfields on the territory of the Russian Federation, Yusov noted that “intelligence likes silence”, and for now not about all operations can be told.

“From what can be said, it’s no longer a secret, Ukrainian long-range unmanned aerial vehicles can hypothetically operate up to 2,000 kilometers,” said a representative of military intelligence.

Yusov added that “we neither confirm nor deny, there are no official statements when in most cases something explodes in Russia.”

“I can only say that it is not just exploding there,” he said.

The representative of the GUR emphasized that “incidents happen” exclusively at facilities that are connected with the military-industrial complex, with the occupying army of the aggressor state, at facilities that are engaged in either financing or military, logistical and defense support of the enemy forces

“Unlike what the enemy is doing, we see massive shelling of civilian infrastructure in Ukraine that continues. These are actually war crimes that the whole world is talking about. Incidents in the Russian Federation are connected exclusively with military facilities and military infrastructure,” Yusov emphasized.

In 2025, Ukraine will produce at least 30,000 long-range drones, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. The task is also set to make three thousand cruise missiles and drone missiles.

Earlier, the government of Ukraine took an important step in the development of unmanned aviation by launching an experimental project for the certification of schools of UAV operators. The changes will help establish clear requirements and unify the training process for training drone operators.

In the future, drone operators will be able to control them even far outside the combat zones, such plans were announced by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov.

In addition, Ukraine is developing kamikaze drones with software that, thanks to artificial intelligence, allows to hit the target in case of loss of communication with the operator.
