This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga.
The Foreign Minister noted that the relevant arrangements were reached during the Summit “Ukraine-Southeastern Europe”, which took place in Odessa on Wednesday.
According to him, additional defensive packages from some countries were confirmed during bilateral meetings of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with their colleagues.
Sibiga also added that during the summit, “there was a bilateral dimension, the implementation of specific bilateral projects, especially infrastructure.”
“And on a bilateral basis we were still talking to energy, now our partners were interested in what can help Ukraine on the eve of the winter heating season. We saw readiness on their part to help specifically, ”the Foreign Minister of Ukraine said.

The meeting at the highest level was attended by Serbia President Alexander Vuchich, Croatian Prime Minister Andriy Plenkovich, Romanian President Nikoshur Dan and Moldova leader Maya Sandu and other leaders of the region.
It should be noted that Vuchich visited Ukraine for the first time since the start of a full -scale war with Russia. It is noteworthy that the Serbian leader refused to sign the final declaration of the summit, which condemns the aggressive invasion of Russia into Ukraine.
