The head of the GUR explained that he does not mean a continuous war, but the constant need to be ready to fight back.
“I don’t mean that we will fight all the time. No. It’s not about that. But the fact that we have to be ready for repulsion, including armed repulsion at any moment, will happen,” concluded the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
