The forecast for Thursday, December 4, is related to the influence of a large-scale anticyclone, which was located in the east of the country.
“Published weather maps for the coming days. The main meteorological stormy events on December 4 will take place over the Mediterranean, Atlantic and adjacent regions. It is there that precipitation is expected mainly in the form of rain, except in mountainous areas with snow,” Didenko noted.
No significant precipitation is expected in Kyiv on December 4. The maximum temperature in the capital will be +5…+7°С.
“The wind is mainly southeast, moderate, sometimes gusty. Serious precipitation is unlikely in Ukraine in the coming days,” the forecaster said.
According to Didenko, a slight cooling is expected from December 5-6. Preliminary forecasts show that from December 9 the temperature will rise again, and precipitation will appear approximately on December 9-10, mainly in the form of rain.
“Therefore, so far – the weather is anti-cyclonic, without significant precipitation, small temperature fluctuations,” the forecaster concluded.
On Wednesday, December 3, despite the calendar beginning of winter, typical wet autumn weather will remain in Ukraine. Clouds and precipitation will cover most regions.
