Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation Sergey Koleboshin announced the preparation of the draft law on the introduction of EIT for 9th grade students. According to him, it would be a good tool for both delimitation and the issue of excessive children who enter higher education.
About it reports nus.org.ua.
He reported that in 2020 the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation adopted in the second reading the law “On Complete General Secondary Education”, which, in particular, regulated the issue of a network of a senior profile school. The question of the senior profile school is the most difficult. If the reform of NUS in elementary school has worked more or less, then-basic education-there is its problems, but the reform somehow continues to move.
“The word” somehow “can be interpreted differently. I would like it to be better, but we have what we have. When we go to a senior profile school, it will not move if we leave the configuration at what school children in the upper classes are studying as it is. And this is no matter what reform we are. From my point of view, for the success of the educational system as a physical system, because according to basic education I am a physicist, there should be three points for sustainability. The chair with two legs will not stand, ”Koleboshin notes.
It should be reminded that in Ukraine there are cases where some of the students who went abroad under academic mobility programs have not returned within a specified period.
