As it is noted, Umerov discussed the participation of French companies with the French Minister of the Armed Forces in the production of drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Ukraine is ready to provide this opportunity to the best manufacturers – we have combat experience, France – a powerful industry. This is a mutually beneficial partnership, ”the Ukrainian minister emphasized.
The parties also considered the joint production of air defense “and other weapons both in Ukraine and in France”, the Ministry of Defense added.
We will remind, in 2025 Ukraine will receive 1.3 billion euros for the development of its own defense production according to the so -called “Danish model”.
We also reported that last year the defense industry of Ukraine produced products for $ 9 billion, providing a third of all economic growth of the country.
