According to the results of repatriation measures, the bodies of 503 dead soldiers were returned to the territory under the control of the government of Ukraine.

Among the returned fallen defenders of Ukraine:
- 403 – from the Donetsk direction;
- 12 – from the Luhansk direction;
- 57 – from the Zaporozhye direction.
Another 31 dead were returned from morgues on the territory of the Russian Federation.
We will remind, earlier, on November 29, the bodies of 502 dead soldiers were returned to Ukraine. Among them was the body of the mayor of Dniprorudny Yevgeny Matveev. It was captured by the Russian occupiers back in March 2022, and its fate was unknown for a long time. Only recently did it become clear that Matveev died in Russian captivity.
