The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court on the use of sanctions in the state of assets of one of the largest Russian oil groups of Tatneft.
This was reported by the Ministry.
More than 20 related persons and companies have been involved in the case, including the top management of the tatneft, headed by Rustam Minnivanov, Ministry said.
Deputy Minister of Justice Inna Bogatikh reported that it was a corporate rights of enterprises that carry out business activities of the gas station network and have oil bases, gas stations, vehicles and special equipment in the Kharkiv and Poltava regions, which are estimated in the amount of about UAH 2 billion.
Tatneft is one of the largest industrial conglomerates of the Russian Federation in the refining industry.
“The enterprise not only provides significant tax revenues aimed at financing the aggression of the Russian Federation, but also directly supplies fuel for the Russian MIC because of its key asset – Taneko’s oil refining complex in Tatarstan, ”the message said.
As it was reported, in June 2024 the Antimonopoly Committee allowed the company Ukrnafta to receive tatneft assets.
It is about 110 objects of different types (Gas station, oil depots, other outbuildings) located in the territory of Poltava and Kharkiv regions.
At the same time, according to Ukrnafta, most of these objects were in poor condition.
