The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that Ukraine can offer Poland cooperation in the field of defense against drones and security at sea.

Volodymyr Zelenskyi said this at a press conference with the President of Poland Karol Nawrocki in Warsaw.

Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine has advanced technologies for protecting people’s lives and modern, effective weapons. He offered Poland all the Ukrainian experience in countering drones.

“We know how to protect ourselves from all types of drones that Russia has, and that can be used against our neighbors, against Poland and other countries,” the President of Ukraine noted.

In addition, Zelenskyi emphasized readiness to cooperate in the field of maritime security, which is important for Poland’s position in the Baltic Sea.

The President added that Ukraine is ready to continue the security dialogue with Poland, especially in view of threats from the territory of Belarus.

The President of Poland Karol Nawrocki, in turn, confirmed the possibility of exchanging MiG-29 fighters for Ukrainian anti-drone technologies.

In the near future, Ukraine will receive Swedish Gripen fighters, as well as additional F-16 and French Mirage aircraft.

Ukraine received the first American F-16 fighters in August 2024.
