According to the Head of State, negotiations concerned the development of defense cooperation, the presidency of Denmark in the Council of the European Union and further support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“There are important decisions – Denmark will become the first country with which we will launch joint defense production. Each country that sincerely helps Ukraine can count on a mutually beneficial partnership with us. We strengthen Europe together, ”Zelensky said.
Earlier, we wrote that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with Denmark Prime Minister Matte Frederixen on the fields of the North Atlantic Alliance summit in the Hague. The parties discussed the development of weapons co -production and a number of other important issues.
Denmark began to use sea drones on the Baltic Sea, which should protect underwater infrastructure from Russian attacks.
