President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi reported that some European countries also have long-range weapons, in particular Tomahawk cruise missiles, and Ukraine has already started talking with these countries about their acquisition.

Zelensky emphasized that the initiator of the war, Vladimir Putin, understands that providing Ukraine with long-range weapons can change the course of the war, because “it really significantly affects Russia.”
“These long-range weapons are not only available in the USA – they are also available in some European countries, including Tomahawks. We are already talking to countries that can help,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
According to the head of state, the actions of the partners should be aimed at ensuring that “Putin’s regime should feel the real consequences of this war”, and he called on European leaders to support everything that would help Ukraine get such opportunities.
It is known that Tomahawk missiles are currently in service with three countries – the USA, Australia and Great Britain.
US President Donald Trump said that the key obstacle to the potential transfer of Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine is the long and complex training of operators.
Ukraine offered Washington a mutually beneficial agreement — to hand over “thousands of drones” to the United States in exchange for permission to use Tomahawk missiles to strengthen defense capabilities and deter the aggressor.
