On October 27, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (HCC) fully satisfied the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for confiscation of the Ukrainian assets of the Belarusian OJSC “Gomselmash” into the state income.
This is stated in the notification of the Ministry of Justice.
The confiscation took place due to the fact that the subsidiary companies of the Gomselmash holding are involved in the production of components for ammunition and kamikaze drones called “Geran-2” of the “Shakhed” type, which the Republic of Belarus manufactures on the order of enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex.
State income is collected:
- corporate rights of Gomselmash OJSC in Gomselmash-Ukraine Trading House LLC;
- corporate rights in MTZ-Belarus-Ukraine Trading House LLC;
- corporate rights in Promin-Yug LLC;
- property rights to trademarks.
OJSC “Gomselmash” is the managing company of the “Gomselmash” holding. The court’s decision can be appealed in the Chamber of Appeals of VAX within five days. This is stated in the notification of the Ministry of Justice.
Also, on October 24, the High Anti-Corruption Court made a decision to confiscate in favor of the state the assets of the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vitaly Zakharchenko, who held the position in 2011-2014.
Earlier, the court confiscated the luxury car of an official of the migration service, recorded on the mother.
