The deputy head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Igor Zhovkva stated that Ukraine at the legal level will never recognize any attempts to legitimize or recognize the occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Zhovkva said this during the International Forum of the Expert Network of the Crimean Platform.
