This was stated by the Minister of Defense Denis Shmigal at a press conference following the meeting of the Ramstein format.
According to Shmigal, in order to achieve this volume of production, there are “effective, fast and checked solutions”, but their implementation requires external investment. The Minister also thanked the United Kingdom for cooperation in the field of development of drones.
In addition, important memorandums were signed during the event, in particular on defense cooperation with Germany and the preparation of Ukrainian brigades in Poland.
Defense Minister Denis Shmigal appealed to NATO partners to find funding that would cover half of the Defense Budget of Ukraine for 2026.
