According to the Russian Telegram channel Ostorogno, Novosti, local residents report that before the fire started, they heard the sounds of at least three UAVs and an explosion.
At the same time, the governor of the Kaluga region, Vladyslav Shapsha, said that the local anti-aircraft missile allegedly shot down three drones, and their wreckage “caused a fire on the territory of a local industrial enterprise.”
