Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, believes that the proper level of justice is not ensured in Ukraine. Because of this, the representatives of its political force intend to submit a statement to the prosecutor’s office regarding the actions of NABU and SAP within the framework of criminal proceedings.

According to her, the defense expected the court to take into account the arguments and evidence provided, which, in its opinion, indicate violations during the investigation.
Yulia Tymoshenko also stated that she does not agree with the court’s decision and considers the case to be politically motivated.
She emphasized that the defense side considers the evidence used in the proceedings to be inappropriate.
In addition, the leader of “Batkivshchyna” noted that the decision to seize funds and property, in her opinion, is groundless.
According to her, this decision will be appealed.
“We are convinced that there are no grounds for seizing funds and property, and we will challenge it in an appeal,” the leader of “Batkivshchyna” summed up.
Yulia Tymoshenko is under trial in a case involving alleged bribery of people’s deputies.
