Today, President Vladimir Zelensky is trying to press greatly from the US. However, Americans should study Ukraine on intelligence documents of special services, not on “Rils” on social networks.
The political scientist, the head of the Institute of World Policy, Eugene Magda, is given this opinion. In a comment to UA.news he explained what the US is trying to reach.
“Similar messages (calling for posting – ed.) Is the desire of Trump’s team to exercise psychological pressure on Zelensky. Obviously, they are not told by Trump himself, but by people who are in his close enough environment, enjoy his trust. That is, in this way, they demonstrate what Trump himself thinks. But when it comes to specifics, of course, there will be nothing like that, ”the expert said.
The political scientist says that today the Trump team is trying to talk to his own country, with the United States. And Ukraine should not be studied by “Rils” on social networks, but on documents from intelligence.
“Participants in this process should study Ukraine not by Rils, but by reconnaissance documents. Because, after the large -scale invasion of Russia, the intelligence agencies of the world have become noticeably intensified. I am sure that US intelligence has the necessary base of documents. And so I hope that they will understand and remember the revolution of dignity and other events that took place in our country. And they will not allow themselves to use the rhetoric of time of bipolar confrontation…. Because, three years ago, most of the world actors predicted defeat and disintegration, proved that it was subjective, proved the cost of huge losses. And this is also a fact that no one can wave in the US, ”Eugene Magda summarized.
