The SESC warns that adverse weather conditions can complicate the operation of energy, construction and communal services, as well as cause interruptions in transport.
In all these regions, a yellow level of danger is declared.
Rescuers advise citizens to be vigilant when traveling, avoiding parking cars under trees and observing security measures during a thunderstorm.
