The Ministry of Development emphasizes that such a procedure is standard and safe, and the terms depend on the characteristics of intra-house networks.
The Kyiv City State Administration clarified that draining water during a temporary absence of heat in frost is a standard technical procedure. It does not mean a long-term absence of heating and is necessary to preserve networks and the safety of residents.
