Today, November 15, is the final day for submitting an application for receiving the “Student’s Package”. No new applications will be accepted after that, but already submitted applications will continue to be considered.

As noted in the department, considering that today is a holiday, the only way to submit an application is to use the “Actions” application.
To issue it online, you need to have an ID card or foreign passport and a verified tax number (RNOKPP) in Diya.
Open the section Services → Assistance from the state → Student package.
Select the child for whom you are applying.
Select or open Action.Card for payouts.
Check the data and sign the statement Action.Signature.
Funds go to Diya.Kartka – you can pay with it without cash in physical or online stores.
In particular, 27,000 retail outlets, which are guaranteed to accept payment with the “Student’s Package”, are placed on a special platform at the link. Funds must be used within 180 days.
We will remind that the government is launching the “Winter Support” program, within the framework of which all citizens of Ukraine who are in the controlled territory will be able to receive a one-time payment in the amount of UAH 1,000.
Ukrainians will receive from 1,000 to 6,500 hryvnias of winter assistance.
